History:

From its humble beginnings in 1992, FIRST has impacted youth participants that are passionate about STEM careers and strive to produce innovative and prosperous robots to compete in robotics challenges. The organization strives to increase preparedness for post-secondary education and technological careers in order to raise awareness for the need of engineering in current and future years.

Our Journey

Participating in FIRST has allowed our team to be part

of a program that hones our skills in STEM fields to

pursue our passions after high school. By allotting a  

period of time each week to build, program, and broadcast our engineering process, we are able to increase our ability to work together as a team, communicate effectively, and manage our time and resources. FIRST provides the team an outlet to to express our innovative ideas and put our thoughts into action while preparing us for the many opportunities to use technology after high school.
